Hello, I’m Olga,

I design the software that runs the world’s largest hybrid workplaces.

For the past 7 years, I have been a core member of the product team at Spica Tech, growing from a startup environment to a market leader trusted by global financial giants like EY and M&G.

My work isn’t just about screens - it’s about orchestrating complex digital ecosystems. I lead the design of the GemEx Platform, a suite of interconnected applications that bridges the gap between digital workflows and physical office spaces.

From IoT - enabled smart lockers to complex compliance algorithms for room bookings, I solve meaningful problems for thousands of daily active users.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the streets of Gdańsk, capturing moments of architecture and design, or up in the clouds - as a licensed pilot, I love seeing the world from new perspectives, both literally and creatively.
