A Principled Process
PHASE 01
Discover & Map
Stakeholder interviews, competitor research, technical constraints mapping, and domain immersion. I don't start designing until I understand the system, the challenge and problem to solve.
PHASE 02
Define Logic
Interaction flows, state diagrams, and decision trees, challenging assumptions early, before any UI. The logic is the design - everything else is surface.
PHASE 03
Prototype & Test
High-fidelity prototypes tested with real domain experts. Not just end users, but the people who work with the product every single day.
PHASE 04
Ship & Scale
Design handoff with annotated specs, edge case documentation, and component-level guidance. Then I stay in the build cycle, test, respond to feedback and iterate.
